USE THE LOAD ANALYZER TO OBTAIN OWNER OPERATORS / TRUCKING COMPANIES
Over 95% of Trucking Companies, Owner Operators, and Dispatchers lack the profit focused knowledge needed to succeed, putting their businesses at serious risk. Success isn't about chasing market trends; it's about understanding how every load affects your bottom line. Many drivers take loads just to put money on the books, but earning $1,000 on a load that costs $5,000 means they're not just losing $4,000, they're also erasing the $1,000 they thought they made. This lack of proper education is a key reason behind the many trucking business failures.HOW TO USE THE LOAD ANALYZER - FUEL USAGE L/G
- This tool in your Demo App is especially useful when working with Owner Operator prospects. Follow the steps below to use it effectively.
- For Owner Operators (independent truck drivers / trucking companies) the Drivers Dispatch App is more useful for them because the Load Analyzer helps them evaluate their load decisions and start seeking more profitable loads.
- Enter the Client's Load Rate.
- Enter the total estimated miles from the Client's current ZIP code to the pickup ZIP code to the delivery ZIP code. This gives you the full estimated mileage.
- Enter the Client's current diesel price per gallon.
- Understanding the results:
- If the Fuel Usage Loss/Gain is negative by half or more of the Load Rate, the load is a total loss for your client.
- If the result is negative and equal to or greater than the load rate, your client isn't just losing the load payment, they're also paying out of pocket to haul the load. Resulting in a loss of any cash they may have set aside in reserves.
- When evaluating a load for a prospect, share a screenshot of the estimated outcome. This helps them clearly see the numbers and starts shifting their mindset. Even if they still haul the load, your estimate will stick with them and make them start thinking differently about how they run their business.
- Most clients overlook this because they focus only on what the load pays. Some use basic math, but true trucking profit and loss involves deeper factors that basic math doesn't include.

A QUICK LOAD EVALUATION
- Owner Operators and Company Drivers are at risk too because profit-building isn't taught from a driver's perspective. Most systems used today were created by people who've never driven a truck, leading to costly mistakes and avoidable losses.
